Founded by a Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree with prior experience building a Series B fintech recognized by the IFC, United Nations, and Asian Development Bank for work in financial inclusion. The team has raised over $80M across ventures and brings experience from Silicon Valley tech companies, top consulting firms, and investment banking.

We are looking for someone to own paid acquisition and drive qualified borrower applications to our platform. You'll plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other channels - turning ad spend into pipeline. You'll also work closely with the team to ensure the post-click experience converts.

This role reports to the CEO and Head of Sales.

This is a hands-on, results-driven role. You'll manage budgets, run experiments, and make data-backed decisions daily. You're not inheriting a playbook - you're writing it. We need someone who can operate independently, move fast, and treat every peso of ad spend like their own money.

What you'll do
  • Own end-to-end paid acquisition: strategy, creative direction, audience targeting, bidding, and optimization across Meta, Google, and emerging channels (TikTok, YouTube)
  • Plan and manage ad budgets with a clear focus on cost-per-qualified-application and cost-per-disbursed-loan
  • Produce ad creative end-to-end - write copy, design assets in Canva, and shoot or edit basic video for testing
  • Build, launch, and A/B test campaigns - creative, landing pages, audiences, placements
  • Analyze campaign performance daily; reallocate spend toward what's working
  • Monitor the borrower onboarding flow for drop-off points, flag conversion issues, and suggest improvements to the product team
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure ad-driven leads convert through the full funnel, not just at the top
  • Set up and maintain tracking infrastructure: UTMs, conversion events, pixel/CAPI implementation
  • Report weekly on spend, volume, CPAs, and ROAS with clear recommendations
  • Identify new channels and formats worth testing; kill what doesn't work quickly
What we're looking for
  • 2–5 years managing paid campaigns with meaningful budgets - experience in fintech, lending, financial services, or B2B lead generation is a strong plus
  • Deep hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads; TikTok Ads experience is a bonus
  • Strong analytical instinct - you think in CPAs, conversion rates, and incrementality, not vanity metrics
  • Comfortable with tracking setup (Meta Pixel, CAPI, GA4, UTM structures)
  • Can produce creative independently - copy, static design, and basic video. You don't wait for a creative team because you are the creative team
  • Experience optimizing onboarding or sign-up flows is a plus - we want someone who thinks beyond the click
  • Self-directed and disciplined; this is a 20–25 hour/week role that requires someone who manages their own time well
