We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our growing Commercial Real Estate Advisory firm. Key Responsibilities- Lead High-Value Negotiations & Closings – Take charge of negotiating and closing big-ticket lease agreements with key tenants, ensuring maximum value and strategic alignment.
- Develop & Implement Leasing Strategies – Create strategies that optimize occupancy across focused projects and maximize revenue potential.
- Team Leadership – Lead and mentor the leasing team to effectively showcase properties, generate leads, and secure leases.
- Client Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, and tenants to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Market Analysis & Positioning – Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to position properties attractively and remain competitive.
- Customer Service Excellence – Provide exceptional service by promptly addressing tenant inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests to maintain satisfaction and retention.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with Marketing, IT, Leasing, and other teams to ensure smooth operations and cohesive strategies.
- Networking & Industry Presence – Attend events, conferences, and real estate association meetings to strengthen the company’s presence and foster valuable connections.
- Data-Driven Insights – Utilize analytics to forecast leasing trends, identify growth opportunities, and guide strategic directions for accelerated business expansion.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or any related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of proven experience in commercial real estate development, retail, office, and warehouses.
- Demonstrated track record of originating and closing high-value commercial real estate transactions
- Strong existing network of landlords, developers, institutional investors, corporate occupiers, and key decision-makers
- Proven ability to generate new accounts and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets
- Strong negotiation, influencing, and deal-structuring skills
- Capable to confidently engage C-level stakeholders
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and client confidentiality
