Reporting to the Director and working with direction from the team you will be a self-starting, highly organised, and experienced professional with experience in working in a virtual environment.
You must be a self-motivated professional with skills in digital design, content creation, and digital marketing. Strong communication, customer service, and CRM experience are essential. Bonus if you’re familiar with AI tools.
Responsibilities:
Social Media- Create, develop, and deliver content
- Multi-platform social media management engagement
- Re-purpose content for various social media platforms
- Moderate all social media platform comments and POD engagement
- Social Media Outreach sequencing and appointment setting
- Content creation support and design
- Video Editing
- Blog/content writing
- Email marketing (Newsletter)
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy
- Lead Management (communicate with cold leads)
- Define the most important social media KPIs
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
- CRM management, data entry, sales pipeline management
- Monthly reporting to the Managing Director of social media performance
- Manage and book appointments
- Client concierge and telephone point of service
- General administrative duties
- Degree qualified (+),
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience in social media engagement, content creation, newsletter or email marketing and database management
- Customer service, and CRM experience are essential
- Experience in digital marketing across all social media platforms is a must
- Experience in various software including;
- Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- SharePoint & OneDrive, Canva, Premiere
- Experience with dealing in a fast-paced environment
- Graphic Design and Video Editing experience (+)
- Proactive, results-driven, efficient, process-oriented, and organiser of all things
Work Environment & Expectations
While this is a work-from-home position, it is important to note that this is a full-time role—not a freelance or flexible-hour arrangement. You will be expected to work a fixed shift and maintain a high level of professionalism and accountability, just as you would in an office environment.

- Discipline and commitment to set working hours (strict shift times, not flexible)
- Use of time tracking software during work hours
- Active participation in team and client calls with your camera ON
- Consistent availability and responsiveness throughout your shift
- Treating this as a long-term, full-time job—not a side gig or freelance task
⏱ Payroll is processed bi-monthly.

Benefits- Monthly Salary: Php 35,000
- Salary will be paid on a bi-monthly basis on the 15th and 30th or 31st of each month
- You will be paid extra for overtime and Philippines public holidays
- Probation: 6 months and after Probation
- 10 days annual leave credits
- 5 days of sick leave
- HMO offered after 6-months probation
- 13th Month Pay after 30 days
- Laptop provided after 30 days
- Permanent work-from-home role. You will have to use your own internet.

- SHIFT TIMES: 7AM to 4PM Philippine time, Monday to Friday
