Regional Sales Manager for Vismin
Key responsibilities:
Manage and expand dealer and distributor networks
Achieve monthly and annual sales quotas
Conduct on-site demos, price negotiations, and customer training
Provide accurate sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to HQ
Support dealers with after-sales service and product support
Identify new market opportunities and competitive threats
Lead and mentor a small sales team (4 members)
Qualifications:
BS in Agriculture (Master’s and relevant training preferred)
2–5 years’ experience in agri equipment or farm machinery sales
Experience working directly with farmers and agri retailers
Strong regional network in assigned area
Fluency in the relevant local dialect (Bisaya for Mindanao role)
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively
