Job Description

We are looking for a Cantonese Customer Service Representative who is fluent in both Cantonese and English to provide excellent customer support and resolve customer inquiries efficiently. The ideal candidate will communicate professionally with customers, handle account-related concerns, and ensure a positive customer experience while meeting service and performance standards.

• Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, or chat in both Cantonese and English.
• Resolve customer concerns accurately and professionally while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Process customer requests, document interactions, and update records in the system.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
• Meet quality, productivity, and service level targets.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines.

• Fluent in both Cantonese and English (spoken and written).
• No BPO experience rare welcome—fresh applicants are welcome as long as they are fluent in both languages.
• Candidates have full Philippines working rights.
• Foreign applicants must have a valid Philippine working visa.
• Customer service experience supporting Cantonese and English-speaking customers is preferred.
• Collections experience is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process is an advantage.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule.
