Procurement and Logistics Supervisor

Job Summary

The Procurement and Logistics Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day procurement and logistics operations to support construction projects. This role ensures timely delivery of materials and services while maintaining cost efficiency, quality standards, and coordination with project teams.

• Plan and execute procurement activities for construction materials, tools, and services.
• Source, evaluate, and coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Assist in negotiating contracts, pricing, and delivery schedules.
• Supervise logistics operations including transportation, warehousing, and distribution of materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor material usage to prevent shortages or delays.
• Coordinate closely with project managers, engineers, and other departments to align procurement with project timelines.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and implement improvements in procurement and logistics processes.
• Prepare reports on procurement status, supplier performance, and delivery progress.

• Bachelor’s degree in any four-year course.
• At least 5 years of experience in procurement and logistics, preferably in construction or engineering projects.
• Proven experience in supplier coordination, purchasing, and inventory management.
• Knowledge of construction materials and site logistics.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to be assigned in Quezon City.
• Must be available to start immediately.
