Bachelor’s degree in Ceramic Engineering or Industrial Engineering
- At least 2–3 years of Quality Assurance / Quality Control experience in a ceramics or manufacturing environment, with supervisory experience preferred
- Familiar with defect analysis
- Experience in in-process inspection, final inspection, and product testing (dimensional, visual, and basic physical tests)
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management System, and 5S
- Skilled in root cause analysis and continuous improvement activities
- Able to conduct internal audits and assist during customer or certification audits
- Strong skills in documentation, quality reporting, and control of records
- Good leadership skills with ability to supervise QA inspectors and coordinate with Production, Maintenance, and Engineering
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to work under production pressure
- Proficient in MS Excel and basic quality monitoring tools
