Position: Business and Financial Planning Manager
Job Description:
- Lead annual and long-term financial planning and budgeting cycles.
- Develop and maintain robust financial models and forecasts for airport infrastructure projects.
- Analyze business performance, identify financial risks and opportunities, and provide actionable insights.
- Support feasibility studies, cost-benefit analysis, and scenario modeling for capital investments.
- Collaborate with project, commercial, and operations teams to align financial goals with business strategy.
- Prepare financial reports and presentations for management, investors, and regulatory bodies.
- Monitor industry benchmarks, economic trends, and aviation market data to inform forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with applicable financial standards, investment guidelines, and corporate policies.
Qualifications/Requirements
Key Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CPA is an advantage).
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years in financial planning, business analysis, or corporate finance, with at least 3 years in the aviation or airport sector.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, scenario analysis, and forecasting tools.
- Solid understanding of airport operations, regulatory frameworks, and revenue models (e.g., aeronautical vs. non-aeronautical income).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience working on large-scale infrastructure projects is a plus.
