Operation Officer

About the role

Join J&F Department Store Corporation as an Operation Officer based in Bicol. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail stores, ensuring efficient and effective management to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

1. Supervise and monitor the overall day-to-day store operations to ensure smooth workflow
2. Monitor selling area operations throughout the day to ensure that sales operations meet daily and monthly targets
3. Analyze sales data and store performance, and implement strategies to drive improved productivity and profitability
4. Liaise with cross-functional teams to address store-related issues and ensure the smooth running of store operations
5. Conduct regular inspections of store facilities (air-conditioning, lights, fixtures, comfort rooms). Coordinate with the Admin Officer for maintenance concerns or repairs
6. Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and security regulations

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related fields is the typical minimum.
2. 2–3 years of experience in retail operations, store management, or a similar role.
3. Excellent analytical, decision-making, and multitasking skills.
4. Proficiency with MS Office and operations software.
5. Awareness of safety, legal compliance, and best business practices.
6. Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure efficiency.
