Job Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoots and solves software-related problems
- Provides technical support to the clients
- Assists in performing demonstrations to prospective clients
- Installs and setups of IT systems for clients
- Educates users in navigating the system
Job Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Experience:
- With at least six (6) months experience in any IT-related work
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills
- Preferably with basic networking skills
- Good analytical skills
- Results-oriented
- Willing to travel or do field work
