Position: 1 Property Plant and Equipment Supervisor

1. Plan, schedule, and oversee routine maintenance and repairs of plant equipment.
2. Monitor the performance of plant equipment to ensure efficiency and productivity.
3. Maintain an up-to-date inventory of all machinery, tools, and spare parts.
4. Recommend and implement upgrades or replacements for outdated or inefficient equipment.
5. Ensure all equipment complies with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
6. Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential hazards.
7. Train staff on safe equipment operation and emergency procedures.
8. Prepare and manage the budget for equipment maintenance and procurement.
9. Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, repairs, and equipment usage.
10. Supervise and provide guidance to technicians and maintenance staff.

1. Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Civil Engineering, Industrial Technology or related field.
2. Proven experience in plant and equipment maintenance or a supervisory role.
3. Strong technical knowledge of machinery and equipment used.
4. Proficiency in construction management software and tools
5. Proven excellence in communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of an organization.
6. Skilled and confident presenter, able to build trust, convey complex ideas clearly, and persuasively articulate value propositions to stakeholders and clients.
