Management
- Develop and recommend for approval the Department’s objectives, plans, and budgets
- Monitor the Department’s performance against plans, analyzes deviations from plans,
- pinpoints areas for improvement, and directs appropriate courses of action to ensure prompt and proper solution to problems
- Direct, guide, develop, and motivate staff directly supervised and evaluate their performance
- Prepare correspondence, memoranda, and reports pertaining to the Department’s activities
- Review and sign correspondence, memoranda, and reports pertaining to the Department’s activities
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and procedures of the Department
- Maintain good working relations with colleagues and management as well as with external entities regarding any matter affecting the operations of the Department
- Lead and oversee the product of Construction Equipment.
- Ensure departmental operation aligns with the company objective.
- Coach and train Account Officers.
- Strategize, think/plan, negotiate internally and externally to expand the footprint of the product.
- Manage major dealers/distributors, to form a cooperation with YFP exclusively utilizing the allocate resources.
- Perform other duties that may be assigned by immediate superior
- Must possess practical on-the-road experience and hold a valid drivers license.
- Industry knowledge and connection.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Management skills with positive personality.
- Willingness to work full-time on-site.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education- Graduate of Economics, Business Administration, or any business-related course.
- Minimum of 10-15 years of sales experience (start from ground work), 5 years of
- managing experience is required. Experience in the banking or financing industry is
- an advantage.

Car Plan- 900K limit
- 540K employee share (payable in 5 years via salary deduction for 60 months)
- 360K company share – equivalent to 5 years service in the company upon car plan availment
Leaves:
15 VL – maximum of 10 is convertible to cash yearly if not used
15 SL – maximum of 10 is convertible to cash yearly if not used
5 EL – strictly for calamities and bereavement only. Not convertible to cash
