The role involves close collaboration with internal teams, external vendors, sponsors, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Event Planning & Coordination:
• Plan, organize, and coordinate both virtual and in-person events, including conferences, seminars, trade shows, product launches, and community events.
• Work closely with vendors, suppliers, and other event stakeholders to ensure all logistical elements are in place.
• Manage event timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure the event runs smoothly and within scope.
• Marketing Strategy Development:
• Create and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for events to ensure maximum exposure and engagement.
• Develop content for promotional materials including event flyers, brochures, social media posts, and email campaigns.
• Work closely with the digital marketing team to promote events across multiple platforms (social media, email marketing, etc.).
• Branding & Promotion:
• Ensure that all event promotions align with the company’s brand and objectives.
• Design and implement strategies to increase event attendance and participation.
• Coordinate with media outlets for event coverage and ensure public relations efforts are aligned with marketing campaigns.
• Stakeholder and Sponsor Relations:
• Engage with sponsors, exhibitors, and partners to ensure they are properly represented and have all necessary materials for the event.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with event sponsors, partners, and key stakeholders to ensure successful collaborations.
• Audience Engagement:
• Identify target audiences and tailor event marketing strategies to drive attendance.
• Utilize social media, email marketing, and other platforms to build awareness and generate interest in events.
• Post-event follow-up with attendees for feedback and to nurture ongoing engagement with the company.
• Reporting & Analytics:
• Track and report on the success of marketing campaigns and event outcomes.
• Analyze attendance data, marketing performance, and audience feedback to assess event impact and improve future strategies.
• Event Execution & On-Site Support:
• Assist with on-site event management during the event day(s), ensuring smooth registration, setup, and overall guest experience.
• Troubleshoot any last-minute issues and ensure everything is running as planned.
