Qualifications:
- The candidate must be a registered Civil Engineer/Mechanical Engineer/Electrical Engineer.
- Preferably with least one (1) year experience in contracts and procurement/quantity surveying/construction or site management/engineering design.
- MS Office proficiency is a requirement.
Responsibilities:
FOR CIVIL ENGINEERS- Ensures the availability of the detailed study for Civil, Structural, Architectural and Finishing Works.
- Ensure the cost effectiveness and design efficiency of every awarded projects.
- Review all preliminary reports including advance planning studies of the project and costing.
- Ensure budget monitoring and compliance.
- Perform other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
- Evaluate or check cost proposals of Mechanical, Fire Protection and Plumbing & Sanitary Work Packages.
- Evaluate or check the design to ensure it complies with company standards and local codes.
- Recommend possible value engineering to reduce project cost.
- Check documents completeness and consistency.
- Perform other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
- Evaluate and check cost proposal of Electrical and Auxiliary works packages
