Job Summary

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Admin Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting cold calls and email outreach to prospective and existing clients, influencing them to purchase products and services or participate in company-sponsored product demonstrations and presentations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify prospective clients through company research, directory checking, and lead sourcing
  • Build and maintain a list of potential clients and monitor account status
  • Conduct outbound calls and email campaigns to existing and prospective clients to schedule discovery meetings and product demonstrations with Systems Consultants and Solution Specialists
  • Gather and secure complete and accurate client information
  • Meet daily call targets and productivity goals
  • Prepare and maintain reports on client database status and activity
  • Stay updated on company products, services, and offerings
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information about the company, its services, and products
  • Establish a strong first impression through professional communication and rapport building
  • Ensure clear and consistent communication to avoid misunderstandings on both ends
  • Respond promptly and effectively to client inquiries and concerns
Qualifications
  • Experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Strong research and organizational skills.
  • Target-driven and results-oriented.
  • Proficient in email communication and basic reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
