Warehouse Operations Assistant

The Warehouse Operations Assistant supports inventory management, e-commerce order processing, and warehouse coordination. This role involves tracking inventory, preparing orders, and maintaining record to ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and update inventory records.
- Process orders and coordinate with warehouse teams.
- Generate reports and manage documentation.
- Assist with order fulfillments and returns.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Willing to be assinged in NS Amoranto, Quezon City (2-3 months training), and then relocate to Guiguinto Bulacan.
- Experience with any E-commerce ERP system and order fulfillment.
- Knowledge in the Seller Center on Tiktok, Shopee, Lazada.
- Willing to work on weekends and extended hours during peak season.
- Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
- Preferably available to start ASAP.
