Restaurant Supervisor

Job Summary:

The Restaurant Supervisor assists the restaurant manager in running and managing the restaurant on a daily basis. In addition to making sure that the restaurant is running smoothly, the supervisor of the establishment is responsible of upholding the optimal levels of sanitation and quality of food.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversees the entire process from preparation, presentation, and distribution of the meal.
• Always make sure that every employee is informed of the particular components employed and the various food selections.
• Follow health regulations and pay strict attention to food quality and sanitation.
• Track sales on a frequent basis and ensure the best possible price to meet revenue expectations.

Required Qualifications:

• 3 to 5 years’ experience in food and beverage industry
• Minimum of at least 2 years’ experience as Restaurant Supervisor
• Experience in chain and restaurant group is a plus
• Knowledge in reports and preparation, P&L analysis is a plus
• Strong leadership skills
• Track record of managing profitable stores through effective expenses control and goal achievement
• Budget oriented management
• Team player with a passion for developing future leaders
• College degree in HRM, Food Technology or other related course
