MDM Developer (Informatica IDMC)

We are looking for an experienced MDM Developer to design, develop, configure, and deploy Master Data Management solutions using Informatica Data Management Cloud (IDMC). You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams to build scalable, high-quality data solutions that support enterprise data governance and integration initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Design & Development- Design, develop, configure, and deploy Informatica IDMC MDM solutions
- Build and maintain data models, business entities, hierarchies, workflows, and data quality components
- Configure and develop integrations using APIs, batch interfaces, and cloud integration services
- Install, configure, and maintain Informatica IDMC environments and Secure Agents
- Participate in solution design, impact assessments, and technical planning activities
- Produce and maintain technical documentation throughout the SDLC
- Create and execute unit, SIT, and UAT test cases
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and integration testing
- Conduct regression and performance testing activities
- Support defect analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution
- Validate match rules and optimize master data quality
- Support deployment, release, and production readiness activities
- Prepare deployment packages and release documentation
- Provide post-go-live support and technical guidance to support teams
- Contribute to CI/CD and release management processes
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT development
- Experience working in Agile and Waterfall environments
- Hands-on experience with Informatica Master Data Management (MDM)
- Experience with Informatica Data Management Cloud (IDMC) and MDM SaaS environments
- Experience installing and configuring Secure Agents and IDMC environments
- Strong background in data integration, data migration, ETL/ELT processes, APIs, and system interfaces
- Experience with Microsoft Azure services is an advantage
- Knowledge of Python, SQL, and Java is preferred
Technical Skills
Experience in one or more of the following:
- Informatica Data Management Cloud (IDMC)

- Informatica Data Director
- MDM Hub Console and MDM Configuration
- Customer 360 and MDM APIs
- Data Quality and Enterprise ETL solutions
- SQL development and database querying
- Master Data Management concepts and best practices
