About the role

PHILBLANC COMPANY' is seeking an enthusiastic Architect Apprentice to join our dynamic team in Davao City. This is a full-time role where you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced architects and contribute to the design and development of innovative architectural projects.

What you'll be doing

Assist senior architects in the design and planning of residential, commercial, and public buildings
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects meet client requirements and adhere to local building codes and regulations
Participate in site visits, surveys, and inspections to gather information and monitor project progress
Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications using CAD software
Support the team in obtaining necessary permits and approvals from local authorities
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the architecture industry

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Architecture
Strong drafting and design skills using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit)
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams
Passion for architecture and a keen interest in learning and growing within the industry
Familiarity with local building codes and regulations
