What you'll be doing- Actively prospecting and generating new sales opportunities within the assigned territory
- Conducting client meetings and presentations to showcase the company's products and services
- Negotiating contracts and closing sales deals to meet or exceed individual and team sales targets
- Providing excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities and pipeline in the CRM system
- Identifying and capitalising on cross-selling and upselling opportunities
- Proven track record of success in a sales role, preferably within the packaging industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients
- Ability to think strategically and develop creative sales solutions
- Strong negotiation and closing skills to secure deals
- Proficient in using CRM and other sales-related software
- Motivated self-starter with a driven and competitive mindset
- Knowledge of the local market and industry trends in South Caloocan Metro Manila
