PROPERTY MANAGER

Work Location: Bamboo Bay Community, Hernan Cortes, Subangdaku, Mandaue City, Cebu

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration, Management, Engineering course.
• At least of 3- 5-years’ experience in Property Management.
• Has good in Customer Service.
• Has excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Preferably Female

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Implement the Policies, Rules and Regulations of the Condo Corp. as stated in the Master Deed, and ensure that available services, facilities, and amenities are in operation accordingly.
2. Conduct repairs and preventive building maintenance such as Electrical, Fire Protection, Plumbing, Air Conditioning, facilities and amenities and monitor any on-going projects within the buildings.
3. Attend to Homeowners/Tenants’ needs/concerns in their UNITS that requires coordination from Technical, Admin., Collection Team & others until proper disposal from Warranty Stage down to delivery.
4. Monitor and implement the Schedule of PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE of all Areas and Equipment Including Pest Control, Garbage disposal, water supply if any, etc.
5. Ensure the orderliness, cleanliness/upkeep, and corrective repairs of the equipment and all COMMON AREAS inside the Towers, the CENTRAL CORE OF AMENITIES, Parking areas, landscape and ground keeping around the community always.

1. Review ALL SERVICE PROVIDERES CONTRACT and its relevance to current Standard Performance and Cost on Labor and Materials periodically, as well as the attached terms and conditions.

1. Ensure and manage general security of company properties, unit owners, customers, visitors, guests and employees, as well as enforce strict implementation of controls and security policies and practices.
