Field Sales Manager [Nationwide Hiring] - Quezon City

The Field Sales Manager is responsible for developing, leading, executing, and coordinating sales and distribution plans within an assigned territory. This role ensures effective collaboration with relevant functional groups and alignment with corporate strategies to drive sales performance and achieve territory targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

You will:

• Develop and implement strategic sales and distribution plans for the assigned territory.
• Lead and manage a team of field sales personnel to achieve sales volume, distribution, and market share goals.
• Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales programs.
• Monitor territory performance against targets and recommend corrective actions as needed.
• Identify market opportunities and customer needs to drive territory growth.
• Ensure proper execution of trade and promotional activities in the field.
• Provide regular performance reports, market feedback, and competitive insights to management.
• Conduct field visits to support the sales team and build strong customer relationships.
• Enforce company policies and ensure compliance with operational standards.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• You must have at least (7) years of solid experience in field sales operations and account management
• You must have strong business acumen with a high level of understanding of key financial indicators.
• You must have experience in field sales and marketing, market and channel strategies, particularly across retail and on-premise channels.
• You must have a valid driver’s license.
