Account Coordinator

Schedule: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM PH Time

Quick Rundown:
The Account Coordinator supports client delivery teams by managing the execution of production projects. This includes entering project details, coordinating schedules, tracking status, and ensuring production activities stay aligned with timelines and requirements.
What You’ll Do:
- Gather project requirements and manage all production aspects on behalf of the client.
- Enter and maintain project details in internal procurement systems, including specs, quotes, and Pos.
- Coordinate production schedules and ensure alignment with SLA’s and contractual requirements.
- Manage project changes, ensuring updates are captured accurately and communicated appropriately.
- Work with vendors to confirm delivery timelines and resolve issues as needed
- Support Account Managers with the execution of tasks and administrative functions as needed.
- Work directly with Sales Consultants, internal e-commerce team, Clients, and Vendors to ensure proper creation of websites, ongoing customer service, and inventory management.
- Coordinate with corporate staff (Billing, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, etc.) on client accounts (invoices, aging, etc), billing, and technical issues, and confirm Client expectations are being met.
- Deliver professional, friendly, and timely service to Clients and their employees, addressing any issues and providing problem resolution.
- Must be highly detail-oriented and very organized, with the ability to adapt to a changing environment while following tasks through to completion.
- Aid in mock-up creation (visuals) for client presentations as needed.

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Strong organizational and project-tracking skills
- Excellent vendor communication and follow-up abilities
- High accuracy in data entry and documentation management
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Comfortable working within structured workflows, processes, and SLAs
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project or procurement systems
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and clients
