Travel Consultant (Hotel and Tours) - Muntinlupa

Are you passionate about curating unforgettable travel experiences? We're looking for a Travel Consultant to join our team! This role is perfect for someone detail-oriented and organized, with a knack for coordinating with suppliers, hotels, and tour operators to build seamless travel packages.

Work Arrangement:

• Onsite
• Schedule: Monday to Saturday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

• Source and update rates from transport companies, hotels, resorts, and tour operators (local & international)
• Prepare and maintain packaged tour offerings for both domestic and international destinations
• Evaluate and compare supplier rates and services, recommending the best value options
• Arrange hotel bookings and prepare service vouchers for clients
• Ensure all tour service documents are complete, accurate, and filed properly
• Coordinate closely with internal teams and vendors for smooth tour operations
• Input new suppliers and tour products into our internal system (ATHENA)
• Help ensure data privacy compliance in all tour-related documentation

Qualifications:

• College graduate or at least 1 year of relevant experience in the travel/tour industry
• Strong computer skills and knowledge of travel systems
• Experience coordinating with travel vendors, hotels, and tour operators
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Pleasing personality and strong attention to detail
