The specialist is expected to demonstrate strong technical expertise, analytical thinking, and the ability to translate data into actionable business strategies.

Qualifications:

• Possesses a minimum of 5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related analytical field.
• Demonstrates thought leadership by providing expert opinions on industry-related matters to inform, update, and upskill customers and team members.
• Conceptualizes and leads analytical projects, effectively translating business needs into actionable use cases and gathering/qualifying requirements.
• Champions a culture of excellence and collaboration, sharing best practices and promoting exemplary standards of communication with both internal stakeholders and external customers.
• Works cross-functionally with project teams to drive innovative, data-driven solutions, contributing to cost savings, operational efficiency, and sales growth.
• Oversees and governs solution components, assessing total cost of ownership and identifying opportunities for optimization and cost reduction.
• Serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), demonstrating deep expertise in BI technologies, ETL processes, and end-to-end business operations.
• Confidently leads meetings and strategic discussions involving senior and executive management.
• Manages the project pipeline effectively, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and delivering measurable business impact.
