Multi-Skilled Technician

The Multi-Skilled Technician is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and enhancing the company’s office and retail facilities. This hands-on role covers carpentry, electrical work, and general maintenance to ensure safe, efficient, and uninterrupted operations across all locations.

• Perform carpentry, repair, and installation work on furniture, fixtures, and building structures
• Inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems, wiring, and control panels
• Conduct preventive maintenance on equipment and safety systems
• Handle painting, minor plumbing, and general maintenance tasks as required
• Support facility improvement projects and coordinate activities with the maintenance team
• Report maintenance issues and collaborate closely with the Facilities or Office Manager

• Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Technician, Maintenance Technician, or similar role
• Strong carpentry and woodwork skills (required)
• Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems
• Proficient in the safe use of hand and power tools
• Physically fit with good communication and teamwork abilities
• Vocational graduate or high school diploma
• Residing in or willing to work in Binondo, Manila
• Available to start ASAP
