HVAC and Small Appliances Service Technician/Installer

We are seeking a skilled and reliable HVAC & Small Appliances Installer/Service Technician to install, maintain, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems and household small appliances. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering excellent customer service while ensuring safety and quality workmanship.

• Install, service, and repair HVAC systems including split units, package units, and basic ventilation systems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system issues
• Install and service small household appliances (e.g., washing machines, dryers, refrigerators, ovens, dishwashers, microwaves, etc.)
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections
• Read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and blueprints
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, company procedures, and local regulations
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding issues, solutions, and maintenance recommendations
• Maintain accurate service reports and documentation
• Manage tools, equipment, and spare parts responsibly
• Support installations and service calls at residential and commercial sites as needed

• Proven experience as an HVAC Technician, Appliance Technician, or similar role
• Less than 1 year of HVAC technician experience is required for this position
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, electrical components, and basic plumbing
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair small household appliances
• Less than 1 year of small appliance repair experience is required
• Knowledge of safety practices and industry standards
• Good problem-solving and time-management skills
• Customer-focused attitude with strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physically able to lift equipment and work in various environments

• Technical diploma or vocational training in HVAC, refrigeration, or a related field preferred
• HVAC certification, EPA certification, or equivalent is an advantage
• Valid driver's license (if required for field service)
• A valid driver's licence is preferred but we offer flexibility for suitable candidates
