JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Prepare Architectural, Structural and MEPF drawings for record, reference and updating.
- Coordinate with Architects and Engineers for drawing updating and detailing.
- Prepare As-Built drawings, coordinated with Architects and Engineers.
- Provide an updated report on the status of all the drawings being produced.
- Will be responsible in safe-keeping and record administration of all the drawings being produced.
- Will do site measurement when required for proper drawing production.
- Will prepare the required drawings needed by the Architects and Engineers.
- Perform other related duties as required.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be a graduate of Architecture or Civil Engineering or Technical Drawing.
- Must have extensive knowledge in Autocad Operation.
- Must have knowledge in construction for proper drawing and detailing.
- Must be willing to do site measurement when required
