Company Nurse

Location: Pasay City

Job Summary

The role also supports the company's Health and Safety programs and ensures a safe and healthy work environment.

• Provide first aid treatment and emergency medical care to employees and visitors.
• Assess employee health conditions and recommend appropriate medical interventions or referrals.
• Maintain accurate and confidential medical records of all employees.
• Monitor and replenish clinic medicines, medical supplies, and equipment.
• Coordinate Annual Physical Examinations (APE), pre-employment medical examinations (PEME), vaccination programs, and other wellness activities.
• Assist in implementing occupational health and safety programs in compliance with DOLE and other regulatory requirements.
• Conduct health education seminars, wellness campaigns, and disease prevention programs.
• Prepare and submit required health and medical reports to management and government agencies.
• Monitor employees returning to work after illness or injury and evaluate fitness-for-work documentation.
• Coordinate with accredited physicians, hospitals, and healthcare providers when necessary.
• Participate in incident investigations involving work-related injuries or illnesses.
• Support the company's emergency preparedness and response activities.
• Perform other duties related to occupational health as assigned by management.

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• Must be a Registered Nurse (PRC Licensed).
• With OHNAP (Occupational Health Nurses Association of the Philippines) BOSH Certificate or equivalent Occupational Health Nursing certification. Applicants currently enrolled in an OHNAP-certified BOSH training may also be considered.
• At least 1–2 years of experience as a Company Nurse or Occupational Health Nurse is preferred.
• Knowledgeable in Philippine Occupational Safety and Health Standards (OSHS), DOLE regulations, and basic emergency response.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and First Aid certification is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and medical record documentation.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Willing to work in Pasay City.
