Collections Manager - Quezon City

The Collections Manager will oversee and manage the collections process for outstanding accounts receivable, ensuring timely collection of payments and resolution of payment issues. This role involves leading a team of collections professionals, developing effective collections strategies, and collaborating with various departments to enhance overall financial performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership and Management:

• Supervise and guide a team of collections agents to achieve departmental goals.
• Set clear performance targets, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide ongoing training and support to team members.

1. Collections Strategy Development:

• Design and implement effective collections strategies
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of the collections team, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
• Analyze collections data and provide insights and recommendations to optimize collections processes.

1. Customer Interaction and Relationship Management:

• Handle complex or high-value accounts, negotiating payment arrangements and resolving issues to ensure timely collection.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, balancing the need for payment with a customer-centric approach.
• Address and resolve disputes or concerns related to invoicing and payment.

1. Compliance and Reporting:

• Ensure all collections activities adhere to legal and regulatory requirements, as well as company policies and procedures.
