THE ROLE

We're hiring a remote, Philippines-based Sales Account Executive to source and close new clients, primarily in Canada. This is a pure new-logo, full-cycle hunting role: you own everything from sourcing to signature across all four service lines.

A fixed base, uncapped commission paid in Canadian dollars - your earning ceiling is entirely up to you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Source and qualify new opportunities across MSP, managed IT, MSSP, and Managed AI prospects - outbound, network, referrals, and inbound
  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, scoping, proposal, negotiation, and close
  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline, forecast accurately, and consistently hit and exceed quota
  • Sell across all four service lines and identify the right fit for each prospect
  • Develop relationships with MSP owners, IT directors, and business decision-makers
  • Work closely with leadership and the delivery team to scope engagements and land deals cleanly

COMPENSATION (BASE AND COMMISSION ARE SEPARATE)

Your pay has two separate parts: a fixed base salary, plus uncapped commission on top.
  1. BASE SALARY (FIXED): ₱50,000 per month
  • Guaranteed every month, regardless of sales
  • Plus 13th-month pay and government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)
  1. COMMISSION (SEPARATE, PAID ON TOP OF YOUR BASE)
  • 10% of gross monthly billing on every new account you close - uncapped, paid in Canadian dollars, monthly, as the client pays
  • 4% lifetime residual on each account after 12 months, for as long as it stays active
  • 15% accelerator on everything above target

Because commission is earned on Canadian-dollar billing, your earnings scale fast as your book grows (commission shown in PHP at about ₱43.4 per CAD):

  • Sign ~$10,000 CAD/month in new billing: about ₱43,400 commission = about ₱93,000/month total
  • ~$25,000 CAD/month: about ₱108,500 commission = about ₱158,000/month total
  • ~$50,000 CAD/month: about ₱217,000 commission = about ₱267,000/month total
  • ~$100,000 CAD/month: about ₱434,000 commission = about ₱484,000/month total

Your ₱50,000 base is guaranteed; everything above it is commission. Earnings ramp during your first year as your pipeline builds. Commission is paid in CAD; PHP figures are approximate.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • At least 3 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in IT services / MSP / managed services / cybersecurity / cloud / SaaS
  • A proven track record of sourcing your own pipeline and closing net-new clients - you don't wait for leads
  • Comfortable owning the full sales cycle solo and carrying a real quota
  • Able to sell technical services to both technical and non-technical buyers
  • Excellent English communication, written and verbal - you'll sell directly to Canadian clients
  • Self-directed and reliable, with a proven work-from-home setup (stable internet, quiet workspace)
  • Willing to keep some overlap with North American (Canada) business hours
  • Bachelor's degree an advantage - a strong sales track record matters more
NICE TO HAVE
  • An existing network or book of business in the Canadian or international MSP / IT services space
  • Familiarity with the MSP toolstack - ConnectWise, Datto, Huntress, Microsoft 365, EDR/MDR
  • Experience selling AI, automation, or security services
  • Understanding of offshore staffing / staff augmentation models
