Talent Acquisition Sourcer - Nightshift

Responsibilities:

• Experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing.
• Developing and maintaining robust talent pipelines and market maps.
• Knowledge of industry-specific job boards and professional networks.
• Partnering with the marketing and communications teams, as needed to build strong strategies for candidate engagement.
• Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide regular updates on sourcing progress.
• Conduct initial screenings and assessments to identify qualified candidates and present them to hiring managers.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Providing regular updates on recruitment status, market trends, and the market landscape.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist or similar role. A minimum of 3 years of successful Sourcing experience.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR software.
• The ability to cultivate relationships and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
• Knowledge of, and experience with, leveraging job boards, social media platforms, sourcing tools or resume databases, and other creative sourcing strategies.
• Ability to work independently, multitask, meet deadlines and be adaptable to an ever-changing environment.
• Understanding of market dynamics and sound business judgement.
• Comfortable with collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data.
