What you'll be doing- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns through real-time chat interactions
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge to provide accurate and timely information
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members as needed
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanour to build customer trust and loyalty
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the customer experience
- Previous experience in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably in a chat or online support role
- Strong written communication skills and the ability to express ideas clearly and concisely
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency in English and the ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
