Quality Analyst

The Junior QA Analyst is responsible for ensuring the quality and food safety of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods through laboratory testing, monitoring, and analysis. The role prepares Certificates of Analysis (COA), investigates customer complaints and product returns, manages laboratory supplies and equipment calibration, and maintains accurate documentation and reports.
The position also supports compliance with HACCP, Halal, Food Defense, and other food safety systems, participates in internal and external audits, and promotes adherence to GMP, GLP, and GHP standards to ensure products consistently meet company and customer requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Food Technology and Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering and Food Engineering
- Must have minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in food manufacturing or testing laboratory.
