We are a fast-growing financing company committed to improving lives. We're looking for a Credit and Collection Specialist in San Fernando, Pampanga.

Qualifications:

• Related bachelor’s degree graduate.
• Preferably with relevant experience but fresh graduate is welcome to apply!
• Driver’s License (Required)
• Preferably with own vehicle (motor/car)
• Willing to travel 100%

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and assess the financial statements and credit history of existing and prospective clients to determine creditworthiness.
• Review credit applications and conduct thorough credit investigations and background checks.
• Structure credit deals and perform detailed risk assessments, including financial, business, economic, and industry risk factors.
• Make informed credit decisions supported by thorough and sound analysis.
• Manage multiple credit applications and projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and accurate submission.
• Monitor and follow up on overdue accounts; send reminders, issue legal demand letters, and initiate repossession of units when necessary.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate credit files and documentation in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Perform other related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
