Key Account Executive

Key Responsibilities

Manage and strengthen relationships with assigned key accounts to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and requests.
Develop account plans and implement strategies to increase revenue and customer retention.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling products and services.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and business presentations for clients.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms in accordance with company policies.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure the timely delivery of products and services.
Monitor sales performance, customer trends, and market activities to identify growth opportunities.
Resolve customer concerns promptly and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
Maintain accurate customer records, sales forecasts, and activity reports using CRM or other reporting tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience in account management, sales, or business development.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Results-oriented with a demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
Willing to travel for client meetings as required.
