Quezon City - Assistant to Vice President of Sales (Mandarin) - Open to Fresh Grads

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant to the Vice President of Sales aiming for growth and leadership opportunities. Reporting directly to the Vice President, the successful candidate will be integral in providing all-round support on daily operational activities and ensuring efficiency of sales executives.

• Acting as the point of contact among executives, employees, and other external partners
• Execute sales strategies under the guidance of the top management
• Supervise the performance of sales team to ensure achievement of targets
• Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner for internal and external communication
• Maintain utmost confidentiality and discretion in handling information coming from or entrusted by the Company Executives
• Integrate data from various sources and prepare business report for decision-making
• Work closely with various departments to ensure project deliverables
• Track VP's meetings and task assignment to ensure proper prioritization of targets
• Perform any other relevant duties as assigned by the Vice President

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university
• Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing/typing Mandarin
• Excellent communication skills using English and Filipino
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
• Highly energetic, self-motivated, and results-oriented
• Willing to work from Monday to Saturday (WFH on Saturdays)
• Must be willing to work on-site in BGC, Taguig
• Can start immediately
