The Vice President will play a pivotal leadership role in driving strategic growth, innovation, and operational excellence across the fintech organization. This role involves overseeing partnerships, product development, sales strategy, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver scalable financial technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, evaluate, and execute strategic partnerships with fintech startups, technology providers, and financial institutions.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define and deliver innovative fintech offerings.
Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new fintech clients and expand existing relationships
Manage sales pipelines, attend industry events, and serve as a subject matter expert throughout the sales cycle.

Qualifications/Requirements

Required:

6–10+ years of experience in general business management, has experience and knowledge on fintech, product management, corporate strategy, or financial services
Proven track record in managing partnerships, sales, or product development in a high-growth environment.
Strong analytical, financial modeling, and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred:

MBA or advanced degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
Experience in digital payments, or embedded finance platforms.
Familiarity with Salesforce, CRM tools, and fintech ecosystems.
