ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily accounting operations (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger)
• Oversee payroll processing for deployed employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Monitor and review client billing/invoicing based on manpower deployment and contracts
• Ensure proper recording of project-based expenses and revenues
• Handle reconciliation of payroll, billing, and collections
• Ensure compliance with BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG regulations and remittances
• Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and variance analysis
• Manage cash flow and monitor receivables from clients
• Coordinate with HR and Operations regarding employee deployment, rates, and billing concerns
• Assist during internal and external audits
• Develop and implement internal controls and accounting procedures
• Supervise, train, and evaluate accounting staff

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field
• CPA is an advantage
• At least 1–5 years experience in accounting, preferably in a manpower or service-based company
• Strong knowledge of payroll processing and billing for manpower services
• Familiar with Philippine taxation and labor-related compliance
• Proficient in accounting systems and MS Excel
• Strong leadership and communication skills
