Job Summary:

We are looking for an HR Specialist to support key human resource functions, including timekeeping, employee relations, and recruitment. The ideal candidate has a solid background in HR operations and is passionate about creating a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle timekeeping to ensure accurate and timely salary disbursement.
• Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, facilitating engagement programs, and maintaining a positive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Assist in HR administrative tasks, including document processing and record-keeping.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training initiatives as needed.
• Provide guidance to employees regarding HR policies and benefits.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or any related course.
• Preferably with at least 2 years of experience as an HR Specialist.
• Strong knowledge of timekeeping, payroll, employee relations, and recruitment.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
