• Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize the flow of finished goods product from origin to final destination.
• Coordinate the movement of finished goods products with Logistics Distribution Center, including selecting carriers, negotiating rates and optimizing routes.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels of finished goods products to minimize stock outs and excess inventory, ensuring efficient storage distribution.
• Manage the preventive maintenance of all logistics equipment and machineries and ensures all are efficiently running without downtime.
• Analyze logistics data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and generate reports for senior management and logistics distribution center.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers and other logistics partners.
• Supervise and mentor logistics staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
• Ensure compliance with occupational and safety regulations including security management.
• Communicates effectively with related teams and Korean counterpart for effective logistics operations and reports to

company President.

• Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or any other related Bachelor's degree/courses;
• Must have at least 15 years of related working experience gained from a Manufacturing Semiconductor Company;
• With strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and attention to detail;
• Can communicate well in English language and proficient in the Korean language;

Place of Deployment:

• Must be willing to work at Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga.
