The Logistics Officer is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the movement, distribution, and storage of goods, materials, and supplies. This role ensures that operations run smoothly, efficiently, and cost-effectively while meeting company policies and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods and materials.
• Manage logistics processes including transportation, warehousing, and inventory control.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to shipments, deliveries, and inventory levels.
• Coordinate with suppliers, transport companies, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials and products.
• Monitor costs and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality or service.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Address and resolve any issues related to transportation delays, damaged goods, or supply chain disruptions.
• Support process improvements in logistics operations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

• Bachelor’s degree related to the job
• Must have at least 1 year of experience as Logistics Officer in a Telco Company
• Has good communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Knowledgeable about MS Office
• Has a driver’s license
• Knowledgeable about proper warehouse management
• Preferably a resident of Tarlac City
