Lumina Datamatics is looking for a detail-oriented Proofreader / Editorial Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing legal documents, articles, and digital content to ensure high standards of grammar, punctuation, formatting, and consistency.
Key Responsibilities
- Proofread and edit legal documents, articles, and online content for grammar, punctuation, spelling, and formatting.
- Ensure adherence to internal editorial standards and legal style guidelines.
- Verify basic legal terminology, references, and citations under the guidance of senior editors.
- Collaborate closely with writers, editors, and internal teams to maintain quality and consistency.
- Support the editorial team with document formatting, citation checks, and content organization.
- Maintain accuracy while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Required Skills & Qualifications
