DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1 Performs the actual cooking, seeing to it that the foods are delivered hot and delicious in five- minute service.
2 Maintains the kitchen equipment and utensils, keeping them clean and free from foul odors.
3 Observes high sanitation and strict hygiene inside the kitchen.
4 Assists the Head Cook in the training of the Kitchen Crew, following established

training procedures.

5 Assists the Head Cook in product inventory, ensuring the availability of all products at all times.
6 Performs the proper quality control procedures during his shift, including conducting taste tests of all products 15 minutes before the store opening.
7 Follows the proper and accurate recording of production, scraps, rejects, spoiled items, and transfers in/out.
8 Observes implementation of safety measures in the kitchen.
9 Frequently provides feedback on the job performance of the Kitchen Crew.

Qualifications

Educational Attainment: Preferably a Senior High School graduate or college-level degree
Experience: At least six (6) months of experience
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Physically fit to stand for long periods
Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays

Fast learner and dependable
