Job Summary
The Finance Manager is responsible for leading the overall finance function, including accounting and treasury operations. The role ensures accurate financial reporting, effective cash management, regulatory compliance, and strategic financial planning to support business growth and sustainability.
Duties and Responsibilities- Lead and oversee accounting and treasury operations
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial statements and reports
- Manage cash flow, liquidity, and banking relationships
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements
- Supervise general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and treasury functions
- Develop and implement financial policies, controls, and procedures
- Lead audit processes and coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies
- Monitor financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to management
- Manage risk, internal controls, and financial governance
- Support business expansion, investments, and cost optimization initiatives
- Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning and decision-making
- Lead and develop finance team members to enhance performance and efficiency
- And any duties that may be assigned from time to time
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field
- CPA is highly preferred
- At least 10 years of experience in finance, with leadership experience as Head of Finance or similar role
- Strong background in both accounting and treasury functions
- Extensive knowledge of financial reporting, tax compliance, and cash management
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Proficient in financial systems and advanced Excel
