What you'll be doing

Preparing detailed engineering plans, drawings, and specifications for civil and structural components of projects
Overseeing the construction process, ensuring adherence to safety standards, building codes, and project timelines
Collaborating with project teams, including architects, construction managers, and subcontractors, to coordinate and execute project deliverables
Monitoring project progress, identifying and resolving technical issues, and implementing corrective measures as needed
Preparing technical reports, cost estimates, and proposals to support project bids and client communications

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in civil or structural engineering, preferably in the construction industry
Proficient in the use of engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and structural analysis tools
Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards
Willingness to travel to project sites and work in a dynamic, construction-based environment
