Analytics Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Define the scope, objectives, and deliverables of analytics projects in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and risk management, while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, providing regular status updates, risk assessments, issue resolutions, and project progress reports.
• Responsible for creating and maintaining all necessary project documentation.
• Manage the development and deployment of assigned projects.
• Work with the data team to interpret analytics results, translate insights into actionable recommendations, and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and security throughout the project lifecycle.
• Take the lead in project meetings, ensuring structured discussions, clear action items, and alignment among all stakeholders.
• Conduct formal project closure (including stakeholder sign-offs, documentation of lessons learned and handoff to BAU support).
• Oversee the development of dashboards, reports, and other analytics deliverables.
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring minimal disruption to timelines and deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and project deliverables.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing end-to-end analytics or data-driven projects in a business environment.
• Solid understanding of analytics, data interpretation, and translating insights into business recommendations.
• Strong ability to define project scope, develop detailed plans, and align deliverables with strategic business goals.
• Must be open for project-based and willing to work in BGC or Makati (Hybrid 2-3 days RTO).
