Job Highlights
Hourly Rate: Php 580
Number of Paid Hours Per Week: 20 hours/week
Schedule: Monday to Friday, flexible within 9am–5pm (Engadine, NSW)
Work Arrangement: Work from home
Contract: Independent Contractor

Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes.

The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.

Responsibilities

Daily / Ongoing Responsibilities

Financial Management & Reporting

Manage bookkeeping for three entities (UK, NZ, AU) using Xero
Reconcile bank accounts, loan accounts, and intercompany balances
Enter and manage supplier invoices
Run month-end processes including reconciliations, journals, accruals, and adjustments
Prepare consolidated monthly reports and financial statements
Support preparation of BAS (AU), GST (NZ), and VAT (UK) returns
Ensure financial controls and compliance with accounting standards

Inventory & Stock Management

Maintain accurate stock records and reconcile inventory values in Xero
Support inventory data management and reporting

Performance Reports

Prepare financial insights including Marketing ROI, Gross Profit, LTV, CPA, CAC, and Campaign Profitability

Operational & Administrative Support

Assist in preparing financial/business reports
Provide executive and operational support to MD and Operations Director

One-Off / Ad Hoc Optimization Projects

Lead periodic reviews of the chart of accounts for improved reporting
Analyze freight/logistics/supplier costs to identify savings
Conduct financial modeling to support efficiency initiatives
Coordinate and reconcile periodic stocktakes
Support inventory integrity and reporting improvement projects

Requirements

Essential

CPA (or equivalent)
5+ years in bookkeeping or financial accounting
Strong knowledge of Xero (multi-entity & multi-currency)
Experience with inventory and stock management
Strong analytical and supplier contract review skills
Attention to detail and advanced Excel/data analysis skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Desirable

Experience with international group structures
Familiarity with financial/inventory reporting tools
Background in FMCG, retail, or product-based industries
