Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and execution-driven Supply Chain Operations Specialist to manage end-to-end supply chain activities across order fulfillment, shipment tracking, and inventory coordination.
This role acts as a central point of coordination across Procurement, Logistics, Sales Operations, and Finance to ensure timely product delivery, accurate system data, and smooth supply chain execution. You will play a key role in maintaining supply continuity, minimizing delays, and improving operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Order Fulfillment & Shipment Execution- Track and manage inbound and outbound shipments, delivery schedules, and shipping notices
- Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment aligned with customer and project timelines
- Monitor vendor ETAs and proactively identify risks or delays
- Drive follow-ups and mitigation actions with vendors and logistics partners
- Collaborate with Procurement, Logistics, Sales Operations, and Finance to ensure alignment across the order-to-delivery process
- Act as the main point of contact for supply chain execution updates and issue resolution
- Maintain accurate inventory, order, and shipment records in ERP systems
- Partner with warehouse and logistics teams to monitor inventory levels and material movement
- Support supply planning through demand visibility and replenishment coordination
- Generate and analyze reports on ETAs, inventory status, order fulfillment, and vendor performance
- Resolve supply chain issues such as delays, shortages, and data discrepancies
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and data standards
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2–4 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement support, or operations
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (order, inventory, and shipment tracking)
- Familiarity with supply chain documentation (PO, ASN, delivery schedules, etc.)
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (tracking, reporting, basic analysis)
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work night shift supporting US operations
- Must be eligible to work in the Philippines
- Accuracy and timeliness of shipment tracking and vendor ETAs
- On-time order fulfillment and delivery performance
- Inventory data accuracy and issue resolution effectiveness
- Quality and insightfulness of supply chain reporting
