We are a fast-paced staffing team supporting global clients with aggressive ramp hiring requirements. This role is not for average recruiters—we are looking for someone who thrives in high-volume, high-accountability environments and can consistently deliver results.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

-Handle end-to-end recruitment for volume roles (sourcing to onboarding)
  • Manage ramp hiring requirements with urgency and consistency
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline at all times
-Ensure continuous candidate engagement (no drop-offs, no ghosting)
  • Partner directly with clients and confidently represent the team in stakeholder discussions
  • Provide accurate reports, pipeline updates, and hiring metrics
  • Track and manage your own performance against KPIs and hiring targets
  • Identify hiring challenges and proactively recommend solutions—not just escalate issue
  • Maintain strong coordination across sourcing, screening, and onboarding stages

What We’re Looking For (Non-Negotiables)

-Proven experience in high-volume, end-to-end recruitment
  • Experience supporting ramp hiring / mass hiring projects
  • Background in healthcare recruitment or RCM hiring is a strong advantage
  • Strong candidate management and engagement skills (from initial contact to onboarding)
  • Ability to communicate confidently with clients and hiring stakeholders
  • Experience in client management / stakeholder handling
-Highly data-driven — able to track, analyze, and present your own recruitment metrics
  • Comfortable working with KPIs, performance tracking, and accountability measures
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability — you own your roles, your pipeline, and your results

-Solution-oriented mindset — comes prepared with action plans, not just problems
